SHIPPING
Orders are filled within 7-10 business days, but that is only an estimate and may take longer depending on our current sales. Once you receive an "Order Fulfilled" email, you can track the progress of your shipment. All shipping times are only estimates provided by the respective carrier and are not guaranteed.
Some packages may arrive sooner than the estimated date, but some may take longer. For more information, see the provided tracking info or contact the carrier.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases are eligible for refund/cancellation until the order is shipped. Because vinyl decals are made to order, and are no longer usable once you apply them to your vehicle, we do not except returns or issue refunds on decals unless we send you the wrong item.
The buyer is responsible for application of the decal. If the buyer ruins a decal during application they are not eligible for refund, exchange or replacement. In other words, if you want another one, you have to buy it.
We have no control over your application technique, and it is easy to mess up if you aren't careful.
