Orders are filled in the order in which we receive them. Normally we ship within 7-10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at shivelymachineworks@gmail.com
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations after a purchase is made. Vinyl decals are made to order, and are no longer usable once you apply them to your vehicle, we do not except returns or issue refunds on decals unless we send you the wrong item.
The buyer is responsible for application of the decal. If the buyer ruins a decal during application they are not eligible for refund, exchange or replacement. In other words, if you want another one, you have to buy it.
We have no control over your application technique, and it is easy to mess up if you aren't careful.
